Do not modify, drill, cut or disassemble the product.
Do not expose to open flame, strong chemicals or prolonged sunlight.
Do not use damaged products after severe impact or penetration.

1. Appearance & Shipping Instruction

Hard plates  –   may have minor edge marks, coating scratches, surface friction marks or slight paint imperfections caused during manufacturing, packaging and transportation.
*** All minor appearance imperfections do not affect the internal structure, protective structure or ballistic protective performance of the product.
*** Minor appearance imperfections shall not be regarded as quality defects or valid reasons for return and refund.

2. Manufacturing Tolerance

Due to the fiber characteristics of special UHMW-PE material and manual cutting process, size deviation within ±1–2cm and weight fluctuation within ±5% are normal industrial craft tolerances.
These minor deviations do not affect product performance and are not quality defects.

3. Blunt Trauma Warning

This product is only used for protection. It cannot completely absorb or eliminate all blunt impact force.
Back face deformation may occur after impact.
The risks of bruising, soreness and bone fracture cannot be fully avoided.
We do not guarantee zero injury after impact.

    Maintenance & Lifecycle    

 

Shelf Life  : 5 Years.   – PE material will age naturally over time, replacement after 5 years is recommended to maintain stable protective performance.
Care Instructions : Do not wash, do not iron.   – Moisture and high temperature will damage the internal protective structure and reduce the protective effect.
Storage Conditions :  Store in a cool, dry and ventilated environment.  Avoid long-term exposure to moisture, sunlight and high temperature.
