01. Export Control & Trade Compliance

LPRED Protection operates in strict accordance with international trade regulations and the export laws of the People's Republic of China. Our ballistic solutions (including but not limited to helmets, hard armor plates, and soft armor inserts) may be classified as controlled items depending on the destination and protection level.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the importation of such tactical equipment complies with their national internal security laws. LPRED reserves the right to request an End-User Certificate (EUC) prior to dispatch for high-level ballistic products.

02. End-User Representation

By purchasing LPRED equipment, the buyer formally covenants that:

• The products will NOT be used for any criminal, terrorist, or unauthorized paramilitary activities.
• The products will NOT be re-exported to countries or entities currently under international arms embargoes or sanctions.
• The acquisition is for legitimate personal protection, law enforcement, or professional security purposes only.

03. Ballistic Performance Disclaimer

All LPRED ballistic products are designed and manufactured to meet specific NIJ 0101.06 (National Institute of Justice) or equivalent international standards. However, "Bulletproof" is a relative term. Ballistic resistance is a performance threshold, not an absolute guarantee of invulnerability.

LPRED SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR INJURIES OR DEATH RESULTING FROM IMPACTS THAT EXCEED THE RATED PROTECTION LEVEL OF THE PRODUCT, OR FROM SECONDARY EFFECTS SUCH AS BACK FACE DEFORMATION (BFD) BEYOND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS.

04. Testing & Validation

Technical data sheets provided on lpred.pro are based on controlled laboratory testing. Real-world performance may vary based on environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, UV exposure) and the specific kinetic energy of the projectile. LPRED encourages all professional agencies to conduct their own V50 ballistic limit testing if specific mission parameters are required.

05. Ethical Sourcing

We certify that our supply chain adheres to high ethical standards, ensuring that raw materials (UHMWPE, Ceramics, Aramid) are sourced from reputable manufacturers who comply with international labor and environmental laws.
