LPRED PROTECTION SYSTEM

01. No Returns for Safety Products

Due to the critical safety nature of ballistic protective equipment, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been delivered.

Reason: We cannot guarantee the structural integrity of a product once it has left our chain of custody. To ensure the safety of all our customers, we only sell brand-new, factory-sealed protective gear.

02. Appearance & Minor Imperfections

As stated in our product warnings, minor surface scratches, paint imperfections, or edge marks caused during manufacturing and shipping are NOT considered quality defects. These do not affect the ballistic performance.

03. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is physically damaged or the wrong model/size due to our error:

- Contact us at support@lpredsafe.com within 48 hours.

- Provide clear photos/videos of the package and product.

- We will provide a replacement or a full refund after verification.

04. Testing Policy

Any product that has been subjected to testing (shot at, cut, drilled, or modified) is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Testing is at the buyer’s own risk.

05. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed or picked up by the courier (Yanwen), it cannot be canceled.
