Terms of Service

01. User Eligibility

By accessing lpred.pro and procuring equipment, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You further represent that the purchase and possession of ballistic protection equipment are strictly legal in your jurisdiction.

LPRED prohibits the sale of equipment to entities in countries subject to international sanctions. You covenant that all products will be used exclusively for lawful purposes and not for any unauthorized combat activities.

02. Pricing & Inventory

All prices are exclusive of taxes (VAT/GST). Due to the volatility of raw material costs such as UHMW-PE, LPRED reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. In the event of a stock deficiency post-transaction, our standard protocol is to issue a full refund to the original payment method.

03. Shipping & Risk

Risk of loss passes to the buyer immediately upon delivery to the international carrier. The buyer is solely responsible for import customs clearance, duties, and taxes. LPRED is not liable for shipments seized or delayed by customs authorities due to local regulatory non-compliance.

04. Ballistic Safety Warning

While engineered to meet NIJ standards, no armor is 100% "bulletproof" in all scenarios. Resistance is a statistical probability influenced by ammunition type, velocity, and environmental factors.

MANDATORY: Users must periodically inspect equipment for structural damage. Any product sustaining an impact must be decommissioned immediately.

05. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in China.
